Chad Jones was a remarkable agent! We have had a couple others over the past few years and no one compares at all. As buyers in this market today real estate is hard to secure. Chad went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. We travel a lot and he would go to places and FaceTime us for a virtual tour! I was referred to Jordan Everington through a mutual friend and we began looking for a home in January 2021. It took 5 months, dozens of showings, and multiple offers before I was finally successful. Throughout the entire process, Jordan was extremely responsive and very flexible with his schedule. This was my first home purchase and I appreciated his ability to assess the physical conditions of a home and his knowledge of the home buying process, from beginning to end. He was always willing to climb into an attic or make his way into a crawlspace, even after suffering a foot injury due to overextending his abilities on the basketball court. We did several virtual tours as I needed to be out of town and despite a few hiccups I felt confident in making offers on a home I had only toured virtually - I eventually purchased one of these homes. The closing process went smoothly and overall my experience with Jordan was pleasant, even in a market where sellers have all the leverage. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
