We were blessed to be able to have Melanie Elenio working with us on the purchase of our house in Clayton. She worked tirelessly with us during the process, both based on the challenges presented by COVID protocols and also as the majority of the process was done with 450 miles in between us (we were looking to relocate from NY). Melanie worked with us during our one in person weekend visit by showing us over a dozen houses, and adjusting her search based upon our feedback. We could not have been more pleased with Melanie's efforts. Friends looking to make a similar move have asked if we had a good realtor to work with in the area. We cannot recommend a good one as Melanie Elenio is a Great one! We are happy to recommend and share our experiences in working with Melanie.

Nick Gallina was the random referral made through a Zillow inquiry. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Nick walked us through both the market, generally, the properties, specifically, and the process once we made and offer and it was accepted. We were lucky to have Nick there every step of the way. Nick was insightful and always responded in a timely manner. Nick went above and beyond with his service and assistance to us- since we were out of town, some things required additional coordination.
