We are very disappointed in our experience with Jordan Everington. We read the reviews about his ability to work with long distance buyers and were excited to work with him. From day one we explained that we needed someone who could help us find a home within one hour of the Morrisville/Raleigh area. We were scheduled to meet with Jordan today, our only available day in town. Yesterday he dropped the bomb that some of the listings which we had found were not in his service area. He was unable to help us outside of the triangle, yet he said his license covered the whole state. We came in from out of state and were only available to look at homes for the day. We are very disappointed in his unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend working with Jordan.

Melanie Elenio is wonderful to work with while searching for a home. She was very patient with us and showed us multiple properties over a span of a year. She never pressured us to buy and only wanted for us to be happy with our decision. I highly recommend Melanie Elenio for anyone looking to purchase a home.

I recently sold my house in Durham. The DASH team including Nevin Whitehead and Kasey Proctor was exceptional when it came to every step to getting my house sold. Nevin and Kasey were on top of everything, keeping me in the loop and updating me periodically of what was going on. They helped make the process so easy and really kept me at ease during the whole process. I would highly recommend using Nevin and Kasey for anything real estate related.

Professional, cooperative, understands my weird needs and puts up with my texts messages even at night. She helps me understand what I am dealing with and what to expect during visits to each house.
