We worked with Sam Duncan to buy our first home. He was both is incredibly knowledgeable of the nuances of today’s market and made an unbearable process manageable. Eventually after some trial and error with his guidance, we were able to give an offer competitive enough to win a home in this market. On top of that, he was responsive and patient with us through the dozens of listings we asked to see. In every listing we saw he inspected the home at a high level and was able to identify specific issues based on his past knowledge. He also explained those issues in enough detail that we feel comfortable enough to find those issues ourselves in our new home. We highly recommend him for anyone looking for an agent with extreme attention to detail and a vast knowledge of the home buying process in the Raleigh market.

My brother and I were very overwhelmed with the number of decisions we were required to make after our father passed last year. We have been so impressed with Dash Carolina. We moved across the country and were worried about finding a realtor that could be our eyes on the ground during the entire process since we couldn’t be there in person.
