I was having a hard time looking for a home for me and my kids. One evening, Victor Brown called me and told me that he'd help he would set up an email system where he could put in exact filters of what I'm looking for, and it'll create a list just for me. Victor shows me see the good and the bad of every house I request to see, helping me make the right choice. He pulls all the data about the house, and tells me all the information I need to make a good offer. Sometimes, he reaches out to his team with questions I have, and gets a response and updates me immediately. It's been a roller coaster, but Victor has made it one of the best experiences in my life. I get stressful pretty quickly, and buying a house is a very important decision, but Victor has made it so smooth and he's always there for me. Thank you, Victor and Dash!

We worked with Dash Carolina through a sustained period in 2021 and ended up with a great buying deal and a positive cash-flowing home all due to the guidance and expert inputs by their agent, Amber Conley. My partner and I were from a different state, and had some very specific restrictions w.r.t. our investment criteria. This made the home buying challenging in many respects, including becoming quite time consuming. Yet Amber gave very insightful recommendations each time as she always took the time to study our requirements and also later patiently explain the reasoning behind the recommendations too. We ended up making a few offers. Initially, I expected a regular aggressive agent with an incessant focus on the usual incentives for a realtor of completing most deals by making investors place high offers. But we were pleasantly surprised when Amber actually focused and spent time on understanding our criteria well and executing a strategy to that. In fact, because of the highly competitive nature of the market, we tended twice to place higher offers than what was required and Amber nudged us to make a more appropriate one each time. The latter helped us save more than $9k in the deal that we ended up finalizing, and she also helped us get rentals for the same place through her contacts! Quite definitely the most resourceful agent we've worked with! Overall, highly professional advice, quick responses, along with spending extra time on our criteria means that we will definitely work again with Amber in the future, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for professionalism and an attention to detail in their real estate search! In this difficult market i have had an excellent experience working with Alexandra Festa from Dash. With my difficult work schedule, she is understanding and responsive and answers my crazy questions and is willing to work is willing actually do the necessary work and research needed when buying a property (perform the due diligence) without offering personal opinion.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Nevin Whitehead, through DASH, and the experience was incredible. Not only was he very personable, but he was incredibly honest about the market and his recommendations. We believe that we found the best house for us and we owe him credit for being there. He worked around the clock unless he told us otherwise and went to bat for us every time we needed him.
