My wife and I bought our first house through DASH Carolina. We weren't really sure of the home buying process nor did we really know who to start with since we are from out of state. We started looking on our own until we realized how crazy the housing market was and we decided to contact the realtor on one of the homes we were interested in. This was the first time we connected with Michelle Gomez who, little did we know, would make our lives so much easier and give us the house of our dreams without having to deal with any stress. Michelle was constantly is contact with us about new houses and she was always prepared to take us to a new showing even if it was 7:30pm on a Tuesday. Never once did we feel pressured to put in an offer on a house and, honestly, she knew our likes and needs so well that she actually knew when a house was not right for us and tried to remind us as to why we wanted a house and what we needed to make it work. There were times we got blinded by the staging of a house but she quickly reminded us that you can buy things to fill out a house and you can spend time and money renovating to make it look the way you want, but you can't relocate your house. My wife and I were looking for a house to grow into and start a family (luckily our baby girl is due soon!!) and Michelle delivered. We had some difficulty closing and moving in with the previous owner and Michelle made it her mission to get us in on our agreed move-in date. This was after we signed the agreement and owned the house so she did not have to stick around at this point but she felt that it was her duty to protect us and make sure we were happily moved into our home when we agreed we would be. She spent a lot of time with us through this process and we could not be happier with the professionalism and friendship she showed us. It was a stressful time buying our first house in a state where we have no family but Michelle made it amazing. Anytime in the future we decide to buy and sell, we will ABSOLUTELY be calling her!

I worked with Robbin Sutton and she was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. First time home buyer and she helped arrange a ton of showings, all days of the week, to accommodate my schedule and help me narrow in on what I wanted. She also managed the communication and paperwork for the purchase, including a last minute issue from the buyer that could've derailed things - she solved it in mere hours and kept the closing appointment on time! So so happy I got to work with her.

A big kudos to Chad Young from all his help during the search of my new home. Chad is very professional, informative, knowledgeable and Patience regardless of all the hiccups. Chad is very honest and truthful and providing me information to help me find a perfect home. I appreciate all your help Chad thank you a million times!!
