He points out any types of problems any houses we see may have, points out upkeep and costs, and always is ultra responsive and always aware of my needs and wants. I could not recommend Jennifer Reycroft more HIGHLY. She was a tireless supporter and partner in this process. My home search was challenging. The market was crazy and I reached out to Jennifer multiple times a week for my very long search. She was always responsive and supportive. We made 10 offers before we found my dream home. Jennifer regularly validated my choices, encouraging me to be persistent and not to settle, she answered my endless questions with patience and knowledge, she offered advice and researched options to make our purchase possible. Her partners and associates were equally responsive and as a team they were amazing. Jennifer got to know me, my family, and our needs. She found properties and took me to view properties with confidence and a clear understanding of what would work for my family. I trusted her expertise and the time she took to really understand, not only what I was looking for, but why I was looking for it made a difficult process much easier. I can not thank her enough for the time she invested and the joy she has brought my family. We have our forever home and we have her to thank.

Dash Carolina is an amazing Realtor company. Rita Walia is an extremely professional and personably realtor. We immediately felt taken care of and comfortable with Rita as soon as we met her. She is always thorough with our tours and is extremely knowledgeable.
