My husband and I recently moved to North Carolina from the Midwest for work. We didn’t know anyone in the area so we called Dash Carolina based on online ratings. They connected us with Melanie Elenio, who was originally from the area we were moving from, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. From the start Melanie asked us the right questions and listened to what we were looking for. We originally expected to have to fly down and spend a week or so looking at a bunch of houses, but we tried virtual tours. As it turned out, the combination of good video and an experienced realtor going taking us through the walkthroughs made us more than comfortable with this approach. After a few weeks of navigating the craziest housing market we’ve ever experienced we took Melanie’s advice on a particular offer we were making and put down a successful offer on our new home. Moving across the country is a huge, stressful hassle for any couple, but it could not have gone more smoothly and that is due entirely to the tireless and friendly service provided by Melanie and DASH Carolina. We couldn’t recommend them enough.
