Three years after buying our forever home, we still pinch ourselves at how positive the experience was and it's all because of our absolutely awesome real estate agent: Michelle Gomez! She made the whole process of finding a house and buying a house stress-free. We had been very worried about the aspects of falling in love with a property and then seeing our hopes crushed, but Michelle helped us with sound advice and her dynamic style was exactly what we needed to get our house. From seeing the house in the early afternoon to having our offer accepted by 9 PM, Michelle was on top of things all the way. Ours was not the "best" offer, but it was the soundest and most attractive offer, and Michelle made sure we understood what would make us a more competitive buyer. We lived out of town at the time, and traveling to be present for inspection, etc. was not practical, but Michelle found us the best people for the job, kept in constant communication with us, and by the time we came into town to finalize the purchase, our relocation was a breeze. From the moment we contacted Michelle asking to view several properties, she was 100% committed to helping us. As we viewed the properties, she made sure she gave an honest appraisal of what she was seeing as a professional, and she took our needs and situation into consideration. She wasn't trying to sell us a house just to make a sale; Michelle wanted to help us find a home. The house we bought was very much in demand even though it'd been in the market for only a few days, and if she had not listened to what we needed, what we could do, and translated it to practical advice and "sprung into action", we wouldn't own this beautiful home of ours. We always say this is our home because Michelle helped us and the sellers make the right deal. We love our home. We don't have any plans to sell it, but if we ever were in a situation to do so, we would not hesitate to call Michelle and the DASH team. We cannot recommend them enough. The care and wisdom that guided us to a positive experiencing finding the right home and buying it without feeling like we'd been run over by a bulldozer is something we will always remember with gratitude.
