And as the offers came in, he guided me through the forest and pitfalls of dealing with unacceptable offers. And when that one good offer came through, he helped me negotiate down the unreasonably high allowance demands from the buyer. We found Amber on Zillow. From the minute we inquired about information on the process of buying a home to when we signed our closing papers, she was informative, responsive, and patient during our search. She’s very knowledgeable about the areas in the Triangle and had a keen eye when it came to looking at potential homes. She often pointed out areas of concern such as water damage way before we noticed it. Amber was also very attentive to the type of home we were looking for and the house we ended up purchasing was a home that she suggested looking at. Amber is also a great communicator. Any questions we had were answered in depth and she was very responsive. I would absolutely work with Amber again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
