We had the pleasure of working with Lauren Steele as we embarked on the biggest most exciting and most important investment of our lives, our very first, very own home. Lauren was incredible to work with, she was super responsive, no matter what day it was or time of day or night she was quick to address our concerns and questions. It was very important to Lauren that we were truly happy with the home we chose. We never ever felt like it was just a sale or a paycheck for her. There was a time during covid that we nearly lost the house and Lauren stuck with us and did everything she could to help us through. We are very very happy in our new home and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the help, guidance and services Lauren provided. We closed on our very first home mid May 2020 in the middle of a horrible pandemic and if it weren’t for Lauren I don’t think we would have made it through the process with our sanity intact! I would recommend her to everyone!!!
