Chad is amazing. The whole philosophy at Dash of talking you out of a home is refreshing.

Can’t say enough about our experience! A totally different approach when working with this team ! Agents point out all facets , good and bad , it’s as if the agent was purchasing the home for themselves. They are not apprehensive about making any offer to the seller and making the buyer feel comfortable that any offer is a good one . It’s obvious their approach is working! Quentin Dane is one of the most genuinely honest and kind humans I’ve ever met! Which makes him a great realtor! My wife and I completely stumbled upon him thru one of the house sites 6-7 years ago. We knew very little about buying a home. We had spoke and met with other realtors and looked at homes previously with them. It just never felt like we had a genuine conversation with them that had our best interest at heart. Quentin Dane and every person he works with is awesome! He literally would point out things that would not show up on an inspection. This gives you the most knowledge when considering which property or what type of offer to submit. Sadly, we have moved to Ohio and he made the sale of our last property in NC extremely easy! We wish that he was up in the Midwest helping us with our forever home purchase in the next 3 years. I say that on the weekend his Chiefs barely survived against my Browns and I hold no grudge because he is just that cool of a person!
