My experience with Ms. Jennifer Reycroft was outstanding. I can not praise her enough. I bought my home in 2020 and at the time I was living in New York. I would not have been successful if it was not for Jennifer's professionalism and responsiveness to all my needs. She treated me like family. She found me the right people to handle every aspect of my buying experience. I will be a fan of hers for life and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.

We worked with Karl to buy our first home. He was amazing in every way that one would expect from a realtor. Karl was always on time, knowledgeable about the properties we were going to see, and tried to talk us out of the houses rather than into them. This was an awesome way to do business, we never felt any pressure, and despite seeing what seemed like 50 houses, Karl was never exasperated or annoyed. Karl makes you look at buying houses differently, we always spent at least 10-15 mins inspecting the houses(crawl space, roof, AC...etc) prior to going inside, and Karl gave us realistic expectations for costs of repairs. After seeing many bad houses, we found our dream house, which Karl couldn’t find anything wrong with. We were recommended to Karl and Dash by our Family, and have since been recommending Karl and Dash to everyone we know even thinking about a house....

It is apparent that everyone at DASH loves what they do and are passionate about helping others. They make real estate fun!
