Highly recommend Garrett Browning and DASH! We have purchased and sold a few homes in the triangle area and Garrett was BY FAR the best realtor we have used. He really went out of his way to help us find our perfect home during this pandemic and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and safe while looking at homes. Quentin Dane helped us find a wonderful home. He was exceptional at finding exactly what we wanted to see and took the time to crawl into the attic and the crawl space looking for air flow and mold.
