Patrick at DASH Carolina was incredible. We were house hunting from the other side of the country, and Patrick made this so painless. He gave us virtual tours of countless houses, always giving his honest opinion of the houses strengths and crucially pointing out its flaws. For houses we liked, Patrick always got a detailed comps analysis to us the same day that we toured. For the ones we decided to put an offer on, he compiled the paperwork and submitted the offers extremely quickly as well. This was a huge advantage in the competitive Raleigh market. After having an offer accepted, he helped us understand the inspection report (even got repair quotes from a contractor to help us understand costs). He gave advise throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the way. He also helped us negotiate with the sellers for repair credits, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Patrick and DASH Carolina to anyone looking for an exceptional agent, and will certainly work with him again when we are ready to buy again. I am so glad to have found an amazing agent, and definitely a new friend!
