I never felt “alone” in the process despite the fact I was a single lady with many questions/worries. My realtor, Melanie Elenio, continued to search for properties; never giving up hope, we would find the right home for me. She continues to respond quickly to home related questions I have that sometimes come up, though I closed on my home in 2019. This company cares for their clients and throughout the year offers little thank-you’s; including a free pie at Thanksgiving, free coffee of your choice at a local shop on National Coffee Day, and a Super Bowl challenge to name a few from this past year. You are more than a client, you are family...and they continue to appreciate and hold you as part of that family even after the realty process is complete.

Melanie made the home-buying process...dare I say...fun! She explained everything and answered my never-ending stream of questions happily and with good humor. I really can’t say enough good things. 10/10 would highly recommend!
