The best there is!

Rita was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. Admittedly, we were somewhat jaded from a previous experience but she was able to help us overcome those doubts. She provided us useful insights that helped us to set realistic goals. We lost count of how many open houses we attended and listings she sent us but Rita’s consistency and persistence never wavered although ours did at times. She worked with our family for about a year to make sure that we found the right house at the right price. She answered our frequent barrage of questions, educated us on what to look for and made sure that we had a clear understanding before we made any decisions. Her knowledge of the housing market, local area, state laws was invaluable. The thing that we appreciated most had to be her responsiveness. I can not remember a single email, text or call that wasn’t responded to immediately or at least that same day. We can say with absolute certainty that she had our best interest at heart. Needless to say; all of those efforts have paid off and our family of 5 couldn’t be happier.

Sam was the absolute best! From day one he was on our side and was transparent about the real estate industry and all properties that we were interested in. He never once complained about us dragging him all over the triangle- in fact, he welcomed it, which allowed us to get a firm grasp on what exactly it was that we were looking for. Sam is beyond knowledgeable in his craft and has taught me us much. Buying a house is a roller coaster and he was along for the ride. The closing process was a breeze, thanks to his awareness and reminders of things I would have never thought of. If you are lucky enough to grab Sam as your realtor, you will NOT be disappointed. Not only do I have a new home, but I also have a new friend. Thanks so much Sam for everything you have done for us!
