Reginald was a true blessing! He worked with my partner and I for over a year in our search for a new home. I moved to NC from NYC and for some of our search time I was commuting back and forth. The main thing about Reginald was how patient and accommodating he was with our situation. He tried to schedule viewings around when I’d be in town and when I finally moved to NC around my partners busy work schedule. Reginald was also attentive and intuitive about our wants, styles and budget. He had a great eye for showing us things that he believed made BOTH of us happy. That list was not short and he would find some gems that appealed to us both. Lastly, I honestly enjoyed looking at houses with Reginald. His knowledge on homes and locations was invaluable. He had such great insight on what were big issues or non issues in homes we viewed. This would be our first home purchase so having someone who knew lay of the land and past and forthcoming changes in the market was key. We viewed so many houses and he did this happily every time. You can tell he really enjoys doing this and is really into seeing what is out there for himself. I know this process can be stressful but it never felt that way with him as our realtor.
