My family and I, were from out of town with limited time to view and make a decision on a property. We reached out to Luke - who made himself totally available to assist us. His manner was extremely pleasant and easily contactable, including after normal business hours. Luke always made us feel he was on our team; we never felt pressure from him to make a quick sale. Each viewing Luke arrived prior to us, attired appropriately and ready to help us see beyond the fresh coats of paint, meticulously landscaped gardens, and scented candles. Jimmy Doyle is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. His knowledge, communication and response time is unmatched. I could call or text him at any time and within minutes he would respond and always have answers for me. His knowledge of the NC area and the home buying process as a whole is incredible. Luke was an incredibly gifted Real-Estate agent who helped me with almost every aspect of purchasing a house. If you want someone who is going to be attentive to your needs/wants, timely to any communication, and attentive to every detail of the purchasing process then Luke is going to be your guy. Incredibly happy with the help that he provided and will absolutely use him again in the future for any sales/purchases to be made down the road!

While house hunting, I came to appreciate the flexibility I found with Dash. Many times, I’d stumble onto a property we wanted to see and was able to get in on short notice because of their quick response + availability of agents willing to meet with us. Once we met Olivia, we knew she was the person to help us cross the finish line with our home purchase. She’s friendly, hard working and a great communicator. Even when things went poorly, she always kept a positive attitude and encouraged us. All the paperwork, logistics (everything that goes into a sale) was made smoother working with her. Farhan is the man, wish there was more stars to give him.
