Jennifer Bell did a wonderful job of showing property in lake Royale. She was well informed about the area, prompt, and directed us to a wonderful opportunity to build a home in the area. I never felt rushed. This was a great experience.

Meredith was incredible to work with! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to start. She walked me through every step and answered all my questions (including many questions I didn’t even know I had). She started by explaining the general process of buying a home and what I needed to do before we started looking for homes. While touring homes she taught me what to look for and guided me to evaluate what was important to my specific lifestyle. She was dedicated to making sure I ended up in the right home, not just any home which I am extremely grateful for! She is very knowledgeable about the Triangle and was able to give me practical information on what it would be like to actually live in certain areas. Meredith took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the entire process from our first meeting to closing.
