Kerry was such a big help to us throughout the whole process of buying our house. We came into the process knowing nothing and he led us through each step which was such a huge help. Jacob was a fantastic real estate agent and really took the time to make sure the houses we looked at were in good shape. He was very organized through every part of the closing process and we felt in the loop and knowledgeable the whole time. We just closed on the house of our dreams and could not have done so without the outstanding hard work done by our agent Jane Davis with Dash Carolinas. She understood we were looking for a unicorn in the highly competitive market we wanted to live in and worked diligently to help us find and more importantly, negotiate a good deal! Using derrick to be our realtor was the best decision we’ve ever made. He was knowledgeable about the market and very personable. He helped us narrow down what was important to us and we found the perfect home to build our future in. There were no surprises and he made sure we were kept in the loop and well informed throughout the process. Though we’ve found a home we’ll be happy in for a long long time, we would definitely use Derrick time and time again for a smooth, pleasant home buying process.
