Found Favio by chance when looking at some houses and his patient, no-nonsense, honest, well-informed approach to real estate instantly clicked with us as first-time buyers. He made the process of looking for houses, deciding and bidding feel easier than I would have feared. I never felt pressured and always like Favio didn't want us to buy anything we weren't sure about. If Favio is representative of the talent at DASH, then this company is great.

As a first-time homebuyer, it was imperative to have an agent that was transparent and knowledgeable throughout the process. We could not have asked for that and more when working with Favio Ruiz. Favio was responsive from day 1 and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He even went the entire mile to provide options for appliances so that we could prepare for a stress-free move in. I have heard horror stories about the complexities of purchasing a home, but I can say this was a stress-free process and I attribute much of that to having an agent and company that on your side that truly cares about their client.

When I got a message from Zillow that they paired me with DASH- I was nervous. I had never heard of them and always thought I’d go with a big “bill board name”. I’m sure glad I didn’t! They have hired an amazing crew of folks, specifically Ebony! She was amazing throughout the entire process of buying our home. Her communication and knowledge are unparalleled to other realtors. Her professionalism showed through and through and she never missed a beat, whether it be communicating with me, our mortgage company, the closing attorney, etc. Not to mention, she was just always a pleasure to engage with! You can tell she loves her job! (Even when I’d text on a Sunday with a random question 🤭) If we are ever in a position to buy/sell, I would 100% reach out to her again.
