Jimmy Doyle with DASH Carolina was awesome! We live in Northern Virginia and are relocating to North Carolina. We saw some houses that we were interested in on Zillow and were connected to Jimmy. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area. Once we decided on the house that we wanted, Jimmy was extremely helpful throughout the entire contract to settlement process. We had several questions and a few concerns, and he addressed them all quickly. He even crawled thru the crawlspace under the house! That is dedication to helping a client! Settlement day was very smooth at the DASH Carolina office in Raleigh. All the paperwork was ready for us to sign. After settlement there was a fun game of ping pong, even though he didn’t let my husband win =).
