I was connected with Marco Stephens of DASH Carolina via Zillow when my family was in search for our first home. I cannot recommend him enough. He goes above and beyond in every aspect. Our home buying process was a bit challenging — in the sense that we were out of state and unable to be on-site to see the many homes that we were interested in. Here entered Marco. He was our eyes and ears, driving around to as many houses as we wanted to see (and there were *quite* a lot). Never did he grow tired of helping, arranging, being available. His answer to all of our requests was always “absolutely!” He still continues to help us navigate being first time homeowners - even after the purchase. Marco is knowledgeable, transparent, and personable. He’s beyond awesome at what he does, and you can tell he enjoys doing it.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mitchell Mosely at DASH Carolina to purchase our first home. Throughout our homebuying process, Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable and a great person to have on our side. From the first house we toured, to signing the closing documents, he helped clarify and explain aspects of the purchasing process that might have otherwise been confusing or overwhelming for first-time buyers. His communication style and responsiveness made it easy to always know what we needed to do next.
