This time of year is usually crazy for most and when trying to buy a house and host (Christmas) it can be scary. We just moved and having worked with Britton Brown before, I knew that his calm demeanor and hard working spirit would be needed to navigate this new home venture. Britton made sure to let us know what needed to happen and made sure that we had a plan on moving forward, away from a house and into a home. If we decide to ever move again I'll be reaching out to make sure he is available again.

Britton Brown is an awesome realtor and person. He did a fantastic job listing and selling our home, and was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new home. On the sell side, he was extremely professional with the other agent, especially with the multiple issues caused by the other agent and buyers. On the buy side, he (and his team) were extremely helpful in making sure that we picked the right new-construction house for us and that things moved smoothly with the purchase.

She treated the experience of going into a home showing as if she was going to buy the house herself, being very thorough and testing everything. She has an incredible amount of knowledge (evidenced by the number of new agents shadowing her). I learned something new that I was looking at every time we went to a new house. Charles Willis is an incredible real estate agent! We toured around 30 properties with him - he was extremely patient and listened to what we wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us find a house and negotiate it down to a fair price. He was always available to answer any questions and prides himself as a one stop shop; able to recommend everything from inspectors to contractors (post closing) to assist with the few tweaks we want to make. Charles was with me through closing, providing peace of mind. I can't wait to sell my home with Charles at Dash once we finish moving in to our new property! Thank you Charles!
