Kasia Ludwig was wonderful to work with. During the home searching process she was very focused on the type of home and area my family wanted to live in and was extremely proactive in identifying properties and made herself available to view the home whenever I asked. We eventually found our dream home and Kasia was there to support us as we went through the home buying process, negotiations and closing. She is warm, friendly, knowledgable and was a joy to work with, I felt like she advocated for me and would have kept looking at 100 homes until we found the right one. Can not recommend Kasia enough!

Josh Harris was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process! As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions and fears! The entire process was extremely daunting, but Josh was there every step of the way with his knowledge of the market and his expertise. He is professional, understands his clients and their needs, and his communication is outstanding! I always had an immediate reply to every question, email, or text I sent! This was a long and difficult process for me, because certain criteria had to be met, and I changed my mind several times in terms of what I wanted and where I wanted to live. Josh was never impatient or pushy. He was always kind, patient, and supportive of every decision I made. When looking at homes, he always pointed out any flaws or potential problems that I didn't see, just so I would be well informed, and he always gave good advice. When I finally found the right home, Josh was invaluable! He took care of things that I never would have thought about! Jennifer Badalamenti was amazing. She made herself available through the entire process of purchasing our condo. She helped us navigate the process and was especially happy with a few issues that needed to be resolved. She made sure that everything was in order and when it became necessary to postpone our closing she helped to ensure that everything was taken care of on the builder side to ensure we were comfortable with the closing and ecstatic about our unit before closing. Jenn really took the stress out of the process for us. Highly highly recommend.
