Karl Stromberg was my agent. He was referred to me by my daughter and son-in-law. He was amazing. Very thorough, took extra effort in looking at all the appliances and HVAC dates and conditions. He was like a home inspector and always took the time to point out the pros and cons. He never rushed me, and did not force a sale. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and is very good at his job. He enjoys it. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a realtor. I am Blessed he was mine. Mary-Kate made our first home buying experience as easy to understand as possible. We faced quite a few unique situations throughout the process and she handled them swiftly and kept us informed every step of the way. As young homebuyers, naturally we had a lot of questions for which Mary-Kate excitedly had all the answers. Even when prior engagements kept her from being able to meet us for our inspection, she coordinated with her colleague, Eboni, who was just as personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I worked with Ebony Stanback for closing our first home. Ebony has always been a patient listener and knew exactly what we needed. She showed us about 5-7 different homes over a period of 8 months till we finally found something that checked all our boxes, which was also a recommendation from Ebony! Ebony has always been responsive and also helped us with the closing of the house. She had recommendations for mortgage, inspections, insurance and even other minor details. She helped us coordinate everything as well. Great experience overall!

FYI - long review! We were so lucky to have found Victor Brown as our realtor! Moving from Ohio, we were looking to close before the end of the year so this meant about only a 2-3 month turn around time for looking for a house to purchasing. At the time, we were living in Charlotte and wanted to purchase in the Raleigh/Durham area. We happened to in Raleigh one weekend and saw some houses on zillow that we wanted to look at right away. We were connected with Victor who accompanied us the whole weekend in showing houses and never did he complain or try to sell us on any services. We felt in charge the whole time with the buying process and he helped informed us of so many things we didn't know either (first time home buyers). He was always transparent and available whenever we reached out and super patient with our picky process. Honestly, I don't think we would have found our home (currently living in now) - without Victor. We are super appreciative and can't rave about him enough!

We completed a 21 day close, having Kaitlin Boyd assist in our first selling/buying of homes. She was incredibly professional and kept us at ease during that overwhelming time. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her from start to finish, and could not thank Dash (& Kaitlin) enough for helping us with the transition of homes.
