Wonderful experience. Ebony is the Best. Never had somebody so knowledgeable, supportive and professional. Independent as part of the "Finding the right house" up to get "Closing done". Highly recommended. And whenever we decide to move - I will reach out again.

My uncle and I had a wonderful experience working with my realtor Curtis Lanphear. It was my first time buying a house and we were a little picky with everything from the house, contracts, timing, ect.. but he didn't seem to mind at all. He would even respond after hours when he could. Honestly over all he was a go-getter, understanding, and incredibly helpful even later on after we bought the house he would still answer my questions. Overall I will be recommending him to friends who are trying to buy a house, and when/if I move in the future he will be my first choice!

My wife and I were searching for a home in the Raleigh NC area using the Zillow App and were contacted by an agent with Dash Carolina Real Estate. His name is Jerry Silvestri and in my opinion he is one of the most professional and knowledgeable agents in the real estate industry. He listened to our likes and dislikes and searched tirelessly to find us exactly what we wanted…and he did just that. Throughout our conversations he knew that time was a main factor to move from Fayetteville to the Raleigh area and Jerry would setup a list as as many as 5 homes to visit in one afternoon. When I would reach out to call him I don’t remember ever getting his voicemail, he always answered the phone. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of the Raleigh market and his construction background which put me at ease because I was looking for a home that was solid from the ground up not have to preform repairs for months on end. Jerry would send us every step of the home buying process from the first hand shake to the final closing he was always there !! Jerry was always willing to meet with us seven days a week no matter what time it he was. Thanks once again Jerry for all your help and I will recommend Dash Carolina Real Estate and Jerry Silvestri to everyone I know that is currently looking for a home. Wayne Carpenter

Candy Ross was my agent, i could not ask for a better realtor. She helped me and my husband so much trough the process, she made sure she explained everything to us . The first time we met her we knew we can trust. She advocated for us, as a first time buyer our experience was delightful . I definitely recommend her. If you don't have time for your showings just give her a brief details of what you want and she will get you the right place.

The realtor Paul Overmann was incredibly dedicated. It didn't matter what time of the day it was, he'd be there to walk us through property after property in hopes of finding my fiancé and I a home. His efforts paid off and we found a place, placed an offer, and it was accepted! With literally just a day left of our pre-approval. Thank you SO MUCH Paul for being determined to find us a home!

DASH has provided us a united team of excellence. As so many aspects of the buying/selling market have changed since we last participated, DASH was a necessity in keeping us on top of our game, all while uprooting our 3 fur kiddos and a toddler. Tom Lambert was our key person who never left us under prepared throughout the whole process. His ability to circumnavigate our experience made him a wise choice as our captain. We slept well all the nights leading up to our big closing day, thanks to Tom and the DASH gang! Thank you DASH!
