Sam Duncan is an excellent real estate agent. He walked me through both selling my former residence, as well as acquiring my new home. He has an amazing work ethic. He is consistently punctual, professional, and focused, and his attitude is one of enthusiasm, positivity, and confidence. When selling, Sam was a great guide, and educator, thoroughly explaining time tables, requirements, and specifics. He was a trustworthy coach walking me through signings and official tasks. On the buying side, Sam scheduled showings promptly. His great teamwork with his DASH colleagues ensured even last minute showings were graciously covered with a YES. When we found my new home, he went to bat for me, with the seller's agent, working out business details politely, but competitively. He is an excellent communicator. Later, Sam was knowledgeable in suggesting various resources; inspections, home insurance, etc. My final closing was most convenient; I was able to sign on line during a weekday from my office. My favorite quality in working with Sam was his promptness returning phone calls, and replying to texts or emails. It seemed he was always available, and eager to serve. It was so important to feel my business needs were a priority throughout my home hunting journey, and Sam demonstrated, with his consistent timely responses, they were indeed, I highly recommend Sam!
