Everything starts 1 year ago, when we decided to leave DC area and move to the Triangle. That was the hard part!!!!! The easy one, was to work with Carolina Ojeda to make this happen. She is very Professional & Responsive, and provide Good Quality Service. I absolutley recomend to work with her, specially if you need someone who speaks Spanish.

If you are looking for a company that makes it easy to buy a house, this is it. We were assigned at random to the MOST AMAZING REALTOR EVER DERRICK TAYLOR. We decided to randomly go see a house and he held out hand through it all He was super responsive and we used all the ways to talk. The professionalism he displayed while dealing with us was beyond the best. He found us what we wanted/needed. We saw no less than 10 houses and he was always ready to go. I saw the cost for the agents, and DASH had a good value as far as agents go. As fast as bigger agencies go, this one is great quality.

Kasey helped us buy our first home all while we resided in another state and had a strict deadline. In just 2 weekend visits, we found our ideal home and closed almost immediately. Kasey was essential in making sure all parties involved were on track and informed of updates. She was open to answering any questions and made us feel comfortable reaching out to her for anything.
