Amanda Csaji was amazing and very supportive throughout the whole process. Through her we were able to sell our house and even buy a new home. Amazing how she answered all our questions when we didn't fully understand what was being asked. Was very thrilled to have finally move to an area that we can at last call home. Our experience with Justin O’Brien was awesome! His experience really helped us as first-time buyers to understand the process of buying a home and patiently explaining everything to us. Beyond that, his knowledge of general contractor work was invaluable to us to know what to focus on when touring houses, and when we decided to build a new home, that wealth of knowledge really showed through many of our inspections and also design choices. Trying to buy a house in another is a difficult task, especially in a tight housing market. Matt Russell helped me succeed in that endeavor. He exceeded my expectations by giving me virtue tours of houses when I could not physically be there. He also provided guidance with the rules related to North Carolina which differed from my state. Jennifer Reycroft was an absolute pleasure to work with. We met her by chance when requesting to see a Zillow property just as we started our house hunt (and were not yet ready to purchase). Jennifer was patient and happy to explain the process in detail and answer all our questions. We interviewed several RE agents later on, and decided to work with Jennifer as she was genuinely on our team; she listened to what we wanted and took it seriously (rather than trying to push properties that did not fit our criteria). She was upfront, honest, and seemed more interested in making sure we found our dream house rather than selling properties for the numbers - she had no hesitations pointing out concerns with properties we viewed and would check out all the creepy crawlspaces for us. She put no pressure on us, which is exactly what we wanted, and she was extremely responsive. Jennifer was always happy to text us at odd hours, call us to discuss questions, and meet us at every house that popped up on our radar. During closing she was always responsive and helpful every step of the way, and she fought to get everything sorted out as smoothly as possible - even after closing, she still is helping close up some loose ends with pending repairs! Cannot recommend her enough - looking forward to putting my parents in touch with her when they move. Went above and beyond every step of the way.

We have been working with Tyler at Dash. He has exceeded every expectation we had when looking for the "right person". Our needs for our first home have been unique, Tyler has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are making sound, practical decisions. Super responsive and upfront about to expect. I couldn't recommend him and his company and higher. If your looking for someone who is realistic, up front, HONEST, and has his CLIENTS BEST INTEREST at the core of all decisions.
