mary-kate knox was my realtor, I purchased my first home, she has a wealth of knowledge, and she always puts her clients first, being a first time home buyer was a lot of anxiety, but she was always there. She answered her phone, no matter how trivial our questions where, she was very professional and also she is a very skilled negotiator, she was instrumental in helping us negotiate with the builder, I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Katie Spencer Coleman goes above and beyond for her clients! She is not only responsive but the biggest cheerleader and advocate for your buying/selling journey. She genuinely cares for her clients and takes additional time to ensure you feel supported, excited and informed throughout the process. She helped us close on our first home in just a weekend! The process was seamless and straightforward which is exactly what you want as a buyer. We were so impressed, we entrusted her with then selling our townhome. I cannot recommend Katie enough. If you want a typically stressful process to be fun, she is your gal!

Mike C. was absolutely wonderful to work with. His flexibility made it very easy for us to tour homes at our convenience, his transparency on each home we saw gave us confidence in his guidance and knowledge as we went through the process, and he made us feel comfortable and heard every step of the way. He always put our interests first and took much of the stress away as we purchased our first home.
