My wife and I just recently closed on our first house. Mark Goodall was our realtor and was an immediate calming presence in a normally very stressful process. Mark not only guided us through the process, he also made things happen efficiently and with little effort on our part. Mark made our first home buying experience a great one and I can’t recommend him and the Dash team enough.

So weird their rating is so high. The broker I got contact with did not even want to use email to contact and kept asking me to text which I already told her that I disliked texting. Also she said she had no listing to offer me but other agencies provided me a huge list. She even asked me to send her listing so she can show me. I’ve never heard anything like this “I have no listing to show you” - ridiculous from a broker firm. If you don’t even have any listing for clients or don’t help clients to research, why do I even want an agent - shouldn’t I just do all by myself? The point of agency is to help researching properties. Also the agent showed no interest in rearranging her schedule for me to come from other cities to visit- she’s simply unavailable. So much negativity even if I just had a few exchanges with the broker. Highly disappointed.

I really enjoy Nancy Mendoza.She was always above and beyond helping with what ever I needed with the home I was buying.no matter how many times I worried her she made time to help me and get me answers.i would give her a 10 star if I could.She is good at what she do.i enjoyed her working with me on my home I bought.

Robb Taylor it the man! He recently helped me with my first home purchase and the process went great. Robb was very educated on the process and the area we were looking to buy so that allowed me to be much more comfortable through the process.
