Luke Weiss just helped us sell our townhome, and also helped us find and close on our dream home! He is always quick to respond and truly made the buying and selling processes so easy on our end with his helpful emails with next steps, reminders, and tips/tricks. He taught us what to look for at each of the houses we toured, and we learned a lot from him throughout each visit. Working with Jacob Lowder was absolutely amazing! We are very new home buyers, and had very little knowledge going into this, and Jacob helped us every step of the way! He was very responsive, and was great with working around our hectic schedules (we both work in retail), and he was patient. When looking at houses he was able to point out things to look for that we didn’t think about, and on multiple occasions was able to offer his opinions. I honestly don’t think we would have found our new home if it wasn’t for Jacob’s help. I wish I could give him 10 stars, because he was just that good to/for us!

Patrick Moran helped us find and purchase a condo 1762 Quail Ridge Rd Raleigh in 2017. He was very patient and showed us multiple places. We looked at single family stand alone homes as well as condo and town houses in and around Raleigh. When we settled on one he walked us through the process through closing. When we decided to sell the property in 2021 we immediately called Patrick. He came to see the property and had retained the photos from when we purchased it so he could see the improvements that we had made. We knew that the property needed repainting and he helped us pick out a popular color since we wanted to do the job ourselves before marketing. He helped us make a very quick sale. We accepted a full price offer on the same day he posted the property. We have recently recommended him to our neighbor to help them sell their home.
