We worked with Brad Hellard. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Having elected a VA loan, we were challenged to do some pre-closing repairs after our appraisal. Brad provided information on contractors, negotiated with the seller to reduce the purchase price, then showed up with a ladder and helped with some last minute detail work, and coordinated with the appraisor to return for the final inspection. His knowledge of the process and willingness to answer any question, any time of day, smoothed out all challenges and brought us to closing on time. Recommend Brad, and DASH, to get it done right.
