DASH has been great to work with so far! We are first time homebuyers and Kasey has been making it enjoyable. She is extremely responsive and on top of everything. In general, DASH is full of knowledgeable agent who are always willing to support if necessary.

If you want a GREAT realtor pick Jennifer Badalamenti. She is PERFECT! Dream realtor. Super fast, efficient, communicative. You can ALWAYS reach her via phone, text, email. She is SUPERIOR. She even helps by reminding you of all the “little things” that can slip your mind ie: insurance, electricity etc. She gives you resources for all it intakes for buying and moving!!! WE LOVED HER!!!

It has been a pleasure working with Marco Stephen. This was our first experience in buying a home in North Carolina. Marco went above and beyond his job duty. Ask for a showing via Zillow (my previous experience with their call back agents) wasn't so great - until NOW. This was a different and wonderful experience - I was quickly confirmed with a showing on the property - and I got to meet my new Buyer's agent - Asia Austin with DASH Carolina! She is a Rock Star! I am a broker and to meet someone as great as ASIA - has been an inspiration for me to get into Real Estate Full Time.

Having made the decision to return to NC with a small timeline I didn't have too high of any expectation to find exactly what I wanted in the timeframe provided. Chelsea Clavelle did an outstanding job helping me with the purchase of our property. I am most impressed by how knowledgeable she is about the construction of a house. She would look into the details and point out the issue with the foundation, drainage..., etc. if there is any. I know I can count on her because she considered all aspects of buying a house (cost of fixing, location, ease of resale...), and gave me solid, honest advice. She is responsive, organized, and simply just wonderful to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with our DASH realtor, Rita Walia. She always has an incredible smile and treated us genuinely as if we were her best friends. She is extremely knowledgeable of all things Real Estate. In each house we visited, she pointed out issues that would never have crossed our minds. She was also prompt to meet us on time at every house we visited. But the most important thing about Rita is...well...Rita ! She has a wonderfully engaging personality that makes you wish you could go home with her at the end of each home visit. Carl A was a pleasure to work with in finding our first home! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our numerous questions. With his past experience in construction, Carl was able to look for red flags in older homes. He was very flexible in working with our schedule for house showings.
