This is regarding Kaitlin Boyd specifically: Kaitlin was amazing to work with. We had just moved from out of state and immediately got a crash course in some of the quirks of North Carolina real estate, and she patiently explained things to us (more than once!) We also dealt with a lot of rejection because the market in the Triangle is so hot right now, but she never pressured us to put down more cash up front than we were comfortable with, and she was patient to a fault when we got frustrated. Once we finally got an offer accepted, the due diligence period went smoothly and she got us the things we were asking for. She is super responsive and organized, and just a genuinely sweet person who truly cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anybody who is beginning their house hunt.

Mitchell Mosely with DASH Carolina, was outstanding. If you want a real estate agent with great communication skills, service, and overall performance you choose him. He was willing to get in the hard to reach places and crawl spaces on rainy days so we didn’t have to. He was always professional and very responsive. We worked with him for a few months and he helped us find an amazing home. He was even willing to drive all over the county any time if the day. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent in and around Wake County.
