Jeff Evans was a god send, no exaggerating. If I was religious, I would totally believe that he was an angel sent to hold our hands while we figured out the ends and outs of buying our first home. We randomly met him through some Zillow listing tour request on day 1 of our home search and on the drive back from the house we saw my wife and I both agreed that he was going to be our guy! When I say he held our hand, I mean he explained E V E R Y T H I N G. He helped us find what areas fit what we were looking for, he told us what to look out for when searching, he even talked us out of a few places because of red flags that HE pointed out. He puts his integrity and professionalism over making a sale. That is probably a good enough review, but there is much more. We didn't live in the state so we couldn't always drive into town to see new listings. Jeff went to MULTIPLE listings without us, sometimes with his wife, and filmed in-depth video tours for us. We trusted him so much at that point that we put in a few offers without ever physically viewing the house. Speaking of offers... once the time came he helped us find financing that fit our budget after we thought we had hit a dead end, and then held our hand through the offer process every step of the way. Multiple nights he was up past midnight on the phone with me going over offer terms. Jeff Evans is a machine, like a terminator, but instead of protecting John Conner he hunts down listings for you until his mission is complete. That is actually what it felt like. I don’t want to think about what our home buying process would have been like without him. We just closed on our dream house this month and we owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to Jeff Evans. Gotta say, I had my doubts. I was stressed throughout the home buying process, and was second guessing every decision that I wasn't 100% clear on. Neil Tashman, specifically, was an amazing guide, educator and collaborator, with a calm and pragmatic approach that we needed and greatly appreciated. He advocated for us at every turn and was never phased by excess requests for clarification or explanation, and was available by phone at all hours. To put it mildly, I demanded significant hand holding, and he was happy to oblige. I am extremely grateful to him and Dash for helping us navigate this process and get our dream home.
