Rita is an outstanding agent. She helped us look for a house while we were scrambling to move to NC. She made the process very easy, was always there for us, and did not feel rushed or pressured to buy at any time. She will work with you to find the home you want, and not just to make a quick sale. Rita is very knowledgeable, punctual, and honest. We will definitely use her again should the need arise. Nick Margroff guided me through the process of buying my first home and I cannot imagine having a better experience! Britton Brown is an incredible real estate agent - you will feel like a close friend is guiding you through the home buying process. He is personable, professional, and was so patient with meeting all of our needs and answering our many questions. He was never pushy, and he clearly was interested in finding us a home that we truly wanted. We had honestly almost given up our home search, when he emailed with about a new build neighborhood that we might like - and he was right! He walked us through the 8-9 month long process and made sure to advise us all along the way. He even helped babysit our wild and crazy toddler during meetings, our inspection, and while signing closing documents at the attorneys office. Britton is a gem and you will enjoy working with him.

Working with Cady to sell our home was a seamless process. Her team (from house photos to appraisals) was confident and easy to work with. With our neighborhood and street specifically, it was competitive, many homes for sale of similar style to ours. Cady priced our house perfectly and we accepted an offer well above asking within 4 days, while our neighbors had to drop their price multiple times and sold for much less.
