It is my pleasure to highly commend Jordan Everington from Dash, with whom I had the privilege of working. Kathryn McNeill was fantastic in helping us navigate our new home purchase. She was friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I work for a builder and had my choice of realtors to use. I contacted one of our sales counselors for help in my search for the perfect realtor for my needs. He recommended Jennifer Badalamenti. She was everything I was looking for. Always willing to take all my calls and walk me through the process, even when I was doubtful and there were questions, so helped my through it to make the process seamless. You won’t make a mistake hiring her to help you whether you’re buying or selling!

We were introduced to Katie as the realtor for a house we decided to look at on a whim. We were in NC visiting our son and decided to see what the market had to offer in case we decided to move to be closer to him, his wife, and new baby. Her energy and willingness definitely helped in our decision to pull the trigger and move from Pittsburgh to Raleigh. We picked a time with the intent of staying as long as it took to find the right house, and she was very accommodating, spending multiple days, with multiple viewings per day, until we found the house we wanted. After that, her tenacity with helping us with the multitude of questions we had was really appreciated. She eagerly looked into issues new to both of us, such as what is a non-permitted space and what liabilities come with that, what to know about crawl spaces and siding types, etc. When we found the right house, in our excitement, we were prepared to offer significantly more than she thought warranted, and she correctly talked us down to the right price. Her energy throughout was infectious and made the entire process most enjoyable for us. Kudos to Katie!
