I worked the Nevin from DASH Carolina and I could not be happier with my experience. I worked with him to buy my first home and Nevin was extremely helpful, professional and responsive. He always accommodated requests for last minute showings and gave me a lot of great information that I otherwise would not have been privy to that helped me in my home buying process. I would highly recommend working with DASH Carolina and specifically with Nevin if you are looking for an agent in the RTP area.

My husband and I had the best first home buying experience with our DASH realtor, Britton Brown! We randomly matched with Britton on Zillow and can’t believe we got someone so great. Since it was our first time buying a home, we felt obligated to try other realtors in the early stages; but we quickly decided to go with Britton because he’s so kind and truly listened to what we were saying. Britton is extremely knowledgeable and has the quickest response time in realtor history. Another of his reviews notes that Britton is one of the most fair and ethical people they’ve met, getting the deals made and doing them right. We couldn’t agree more! Our mortgage lender (who works with realtors across the country) even mentioned on several occasions how appreciative they were of Britton as he made the whole process go so smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend using Britton!

Bekki was a rock star and I highly recommend. Anything you needed, she helped or got you connected with the right people. Her response times were pretty much immediate and she was great at explaining all the processes. There was no rushing to make a sale; she was patient with us and made sure we were getting everything that we wanted. She even got us boxes to help us move and helped with boarding our cats. Bekki will make sure you come out on top and help ease your transition.

Jacob Lowder was AMAZING as our real estate agent! Not only were we first-time homebuyers, but we were also relocating from out of state. He made the process so easy and comfortable for us and was on top of EVERYTHING from start to finish. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and super down-to-earth. He made the entire home-buying process easy and stress-free. So much so, that we had confidence in purchasing a home from thousands of miles away. We could not have asked for a better agent!
