My family could never thank ZAC CAMPBELL enough for everything that he did for us to get our house. He was our ROCK !!! He was our motivation when things got tough. He stood up and spoke out for us when we became vulnerable. Because of him we were not charged by our seller for having to push the closing date 5x=1 month due to the complications of the VA loan. Which saves us about $3,000!! Zac is very passionate in what he does. I will forever advise and refer everyone to Zac. Zac is amazing! Great listener ! I called him about EVERYTHING! If Zac gave the GO then it’s a GO because he’s very honest and trustworthy ! He loves this and is wonderful at what he does. ZILLOW referred Zac to me when i wanted to tour a random house. Zac fixed his busy schedule enough to meet up with me within 45 mins. Zac showed me many houses through an app which was great for my busy work schedule ! And we toured what i liked in the hours that suite me with no negativity or complaints. Near and far! I’m very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge. No cut corner and all truth. I highly recommend Zac Campbell and Dash10/10 And i love my home

Looking back as a first time buyer, I can't imagine going through the home buying process without Jennifer Badalamenti. From the beginning, she was enthusiastic, encouraging, and shared a wealth of local market and real estate knowledge that saved me time and headache had I not been working with her. Jennifer was always willing to hop on the phone, or negotiate on my behalf to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. My Dash Carolina Agent, Jacob Lowder, was on top of every step of the way from the start. My family was very comfortable with Jacob and asked him many questions. He made the negotiation process with the seller as painless as possible. Finally, he coordinated all the participants including the mortgage company, attorney, home inspection people etc. as we went along. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone needing a real estate agent.

I meant Terry Anastasi from Dash Realty on Zillow! My family and I were doing a cross country move from Reno NV to Raleigh NC for a new job. We knew no realtors but we knew in the limited time we were in NC we needed a realtor to show us houses. I requested to view a house through Zillow and he contacted me immediately and we set up an appt for the next day. He took us on a full day of showings all over because we had no idea where we wanted to live! Terry Anastasi always was easy to get ahold of, and was kind and very patient. He also has a wicked sense of humor. When we finally found our dream house, Terry held my hand through the entire process he was always communicating next steps to us and was always in our court. If you need a realtor that is intelligent about the area and really works with you to meet what you want then Terry is your realtor! Highly, Highly recommend!

I stumbled across Jane Davis from Dash reality and how very glad I did. She is an amazing person and real estate agent. Our journey in house hunting was a crazy adventure with lots of bumps but she kept pushing through, keeping me motivated. Lots of laughs and lots of moments of frustration…. I would not of wanted any other agent. She’s real and down to earth! She works for you and has your back every step of the way!! Thanks Jane for everything and also thank you Rita for putting up with us when Jane was away. What a great group of people!! Highly recommend. Oh and yes I finally found a house, the closing was a roller coaster but we did it and made lots of memories!!’

Sam has been so wonderful to work with from start to finish. I don’t know how we got so lucky to find a realtor like him on a whim especially since we were buying from out of state. His communication has been excellent throughout the whole process and was always readily available to answer any questions! He definitely made our first home buying experience great! We can’t wait to use Sam in the future when we are ready to sell.

Great experience for first time home buyer! Definitely recommend our agent Mary-Kate Knox. Super nice and attentive. Very responsive to our texts and emails and she never fails to remind us things that we need to do during the whole process. She went above and beyond by checking up on our home site and taking photos and videos for us while we were away.
