My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Chad Jones when we purchased our house recently. It was a completely smooth process from contract signing through to closing because any bumps along the way were handled by Chad quickly. I would recommend Chad Jones to any of my family or friends without hesitation.

I have had realtors from this company in buying and selling my house. Most recently, Mike Carroll assisted me with the sale of my house and did an outstanding job. I love that I felt comfortable with him from the start. I lived out of state during the sale and he was very responsive through the time difference. Highly recommend having him as your agent!

I and my wife recently closed on a house and we could not have done it without Kameron Kalk's expertise and guidance. We started looking for new homes from the begining of last year (2022). A close friend of ours who was looking for a house then, brought us in contact with Kameron. We are very thankful to our friend for introducing him... Kameron is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and was able to help with all our questions - we had no knowledge of the real estate and he patiently answered all our queries . He was always reachable and really supported us through the entire process... Throughout, we never felt rushed and he was always there for all our appointments (in fact he would be at the appointment before us everytime) in various locations - Apex, Garner, Wake Forest. Once we finalized on the house, he helped us coordinate with the Sales team, Builder and guided us through out the Mortgage and the Attorney process. The Sales team were bit tardy and Kameron had to follow up multiple times, which he did for us. He was closely following up with our Builder too on various appointments - predrywall, etc. He provided us with few Inspection contacts as well from whom we individually got the quotes, compared and chose the one that we liked. Between our initial booking and closing of the house, the prices reduced and Kameron helped here too. He consulted the sales team about this and got us a huge reduction ($50k) just couple of weeks before the closing date, which is amazing. Very grateful to Kameron as this is a huge amount considering the other expenses that we were already undergoing at the time...He also did a study of the prices of the houses around our neighborhood just so we could know if we are spending right amount on our house. He did provide us with various Mortgage contacts too to compare the interest rates too. He reviewed all the paper work (which is massive!!!) along with us to make sure that everything was properly captured and nothing was missed. Overall the complex journey of house buying process is made fairly smooth by Kameron. We absolutely recommend him to anyone in the triangle area!

We had an amazing experience buying our new home. Jennifer Badalamenti was very helpful throughout the process. She educated us on what to look for in a house. She is very knowledgeable, informative and responsive. We were very happy on how smoothly she handled the showings, making an offer, inspection, and closing.
