Wade has been a trooper with us through this entire process. As first time home buyers, that ask more questions than the average person, he listened to us and did his best to help us achieve our needs and wants. He also helped us to understand the process. He does a thorough walk through of the homes you go to look at and mentions important details the average first time home buyer would miss. He is a great communicator. If you’re a first time home buyer he is encouraging, realistic, professional, and personable. We are real people, trying to buy a home in this crazy market, for our family and he has stuck with us through all of our frustrations. I would recommend him to anyone. Wade is Awesome!

Jane Davis did an amazing job assisting my fiance and I buy our first home. When we started looking we really shopped around for realtors because being first time homebuyers, there was a bit of a learning curve and we wanted to find someone experienced and knowledgable. After meeting with Jane for the first time at our first showing we walked away knowing that we had found the right fit. She had earned our business. What stood out about Jane was how thorough she was. She walked around the entire exterior of the house rigorously inspecting every detail (even crawling under the house). It didn't matter if it was a new house or an older house. She would make sure to put it through the "ringer" and identify any potential problems so that we could make informed decisions. She also helped educate us about what to look for as we searched for homes and how the process would go. Once we found our home and went under contract Jane was ON TOP OF IT. She was SO organized and always included us on all emails about where we were in the process and what to expect next. Additionally, she was always just a phone call or text away if we had problems or questions. I would absolutely recommend Jane Davis to any prospective home buyers!

Kathryn McNeill did an amazing job start to finish with my home buying process. In June 2022, Kathryn helped me navigate the process of signing a contract with a townhome development and putting down a builders deposit. During that process she also disputed materials that did not match my contract and advocated for me in multiple situations. Due to indifferences with the townhome development- I ended up backing out of said contract, which Kathryn was instrumental in navigating. She demonstrated leadership, initiative, and advocacy to help me break that contract. We ended up searching the market again and found a renovated ranch home, which was a perfect fit. Kathryn, once again, was incredible in securing the home for a good price with her negotiating skills and finding concessions from the sellers wherever she could. Not to mention her background in interior design is impressive as she helps you see what the space could be with her intentional design tips. All in all Kathryn is one of the best realtors out there!
