When Chad and I started our house buying adventure, we actually were randomly placed with Deanna Lauer from Dash Carolina upon her responding to a showing request. When we met her for the first house we looked at, she was so friendly right up front and not only helped us look over the house and property as a realtor, but also as if this was personal to her and she really wanted to make sure we saw things that could be missed. We decided not to purchase that first house but were absolutely certain Deanna was who we wanted to work with to find our house, and over the next month she was so AMAZING to work with and patient with us and in the end helped us find our first home- and has continued to be part of our homeowner journey. Rita was absolutely fantastic in helping find our new home! She really went the extra mile to make sure we got the home of our dreams. We originally started our home search out in RTP, and ended up shifting gears to the Fayetteville area so I mean that quite literally. She went to bat for us when we needed it and we really appreciated all her guidance and support along the way.

Terry Anastasi is hands down the best realtor and should be your first call, especially in this market. He is the guy you want on your side when trying to sell a home and made sure we got the best deal possible. He went out of his way (above and beyond) and was extremely considerate of our need to sell our beautiful home as best and as fast as we could. He made it happen and I will definitely be using him again in the future. Great person, knows the market, always available, really listens, and puts in the time and effort so you can maximize your profit and minimize the time your house is on the market.
