Jacob Lowder was our agent. Jacob is the man! We actually connected over a year prior to buying our home via Zillow. We had to postpone our search a couple times and ended up looking for houses during a pretty volatile and record-hot market. Jacob was persistent in the nicest way over the past year, reaching out to check in, wish us a happy holiday, or give us a market update. When we were finally ready to start looking at houses for real, he was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, timely, and sensitive to our needs and wants. He was great at checking potential houses thoroughly and giving us a heads up about any potential repairs etc. needed. He was so responsive and so timely with responses that we sometimes felt like his only client. He's great at making you feel like a priority. Given our situation as a couple (young, first-time homebuyers, still in school, interracial, and LGBT+) we wanted to feel safe and accepted with an agent. Jacob made us feel nothing but welcome and safe the entire time. Feeling like you can trust your agent in that way is absolutely priceless. We'd recommend Jacob to anyone looking to buy a home!

Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills Jennifer was faced with quite a challenge when she became our agent. We were coming from out of state which presents obvious difficulties. Further, we are a multigenerational household with very different needs and wants. Not to mention that our dog had needs of his own including a large fenced backyard and a pet friendly neighborhood. Phew that’s quite the list! Jennifer was patient and calm especially when I wasn’t. We learned so much about the pros and cons about each of the towns on our list of possibilities. It’s not just about where you will live but how you will live. Jennifer made sure to educate us on both. We landed in Holly Springs and it is absolutely the right place for us. If you want an agent who knows the area, knows the in and outs of North Carolina real estate, who supports and guides her clients then you should call Jennifer Badalamenti.
