Nevin with DASH was fantastic to work with for buying our first home. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His communication was very prompt, and he handled every detail during the buying process to make it as stress-free as possible for us. Throughout the process he appreciated our time and fought for us during important negotiations. He stayed with us throughout the closing process as well, and even bought us a nice bottle of wine to celebrate on closing day! We will (and already have!) recommend Nevin and DASH to anyone we know looking at buying or selling real estate. We cannot recommend him enough!

Dash Carolina must be a good company, for me it has a name: Jennifer Badalamenti. Jennifer is first class, always helpful and she must sleep with her phone next to her. She was responsive, never late. She went out of her way to entertain even what later proved to be silly questions of mine, but hey! Jennifer knew that buying a house is not like buying a pair of socks and she gave me the room to ask, and she listened. She was thoroughly professional. My five star rating is for Jennifer Badalamenti, and Dash can also claim them, I guess!

I highly recommend Shelbie to anybody asking about a realtor in the area. She is extremely easy to work with, highly communicative, and extremely knowledgeable! Shelbie made herself available to look at multiple houses almost immediately after I inquired about them. She is very experienced and it shows through her robust knowledge on what to look for in the foundation of a house. Being a first time homebuyer, I was thankful for how proactive Shelbie was throughout our home-buying experience. She only sent me houses that fit my criteria and did a great job following up with me and the sellers. Shelbie is also extremely honest and wasn’t afraid to tell me if a house does not seem like a good investment. Lastly, she is extremely professional and reliable. She proved that over and over again while we looked at many houses!
