Cameron did an amazing job of assisting us with the purchase of our home. As first time home buyers we were not aware of a lot of things but Cameron was very patient in explaining everything to us. He is very sincere, punctual, friendly and he gave us some excellent feedback at every step of our home buying journey. He also made sure that the final closing process was as smooth as it can be and we were extremely impressed by his work ethics. It was a pleasure working with him.

I am incredibly thankful to have come across Angela Hill with Dash Carolina Real Estate via a connection through Zillow. From the moment I met Angela, I knew she was someone that was going to listen and offer helpful advice every step of the way. I did not feel that I was an incredibly competitive buyer in the market, but I thought if I started looking now, I might find something in six months or a year. Angela had me in my dream home within two months of meeting her. And this wasn't done through a grueling schedule of looking at every house that came open. It was just a matter of seeing a few houses and having frank conversations about what I liked and didn't like. Angela then honed what she was looking for until we found just the right place. She also helped me get the home I needed to sell in order to buy the new one "photo ready" and priced at a point that balanced gaining maximum profit and selling quickly. Since the purchase of my new home was contingent, this was an important part of the process for me and one that felt infinitely less stressful with Angela by my side. BEST REALTOR EVER!! She is humble, sweet but also straight forward. Rita went above and beyond no matter what time of day or what time of the week to help us search for our first home. Rita always provided her honest feedback with all the homes we saw for example she researched the commute to our jobs, schools and also provided criminal activity link for neighborhoods that we were potentially buying. Rita physically searched around the home, underneath and inside for any major red flags. I must say, we did not only win over a realtor but a friend as well! Will definitely recommend (as I have already done) without hesitation! She was determined to get us the best deal and we did! Very satisfied, Happy Thanksgiving 🦃😁

We had Rita Walia as out agent. She was amazing from the beginning until the end of the buying process. She made sure we understood everything throughout the process and that we didn't purchase anything that we weren't comfortable with. Was always there to answer questions, thoroughly explained everything about the homes I toured, and was so helpful with advising me to pursue a buy-down with my lender to combat the high interest rates.
