We met Brad Hellard when we asked Zillow to tour a house but after reading reviews we continued to work with him. Brad had been working with us for several months because we were slowly searching for the best option, he did not push us, came to tour houses on weekends, and was polite and patient. He was glad to answer all our questions but was accurate not to affect our decisions, he did not require us to sign anything until we started to write offers. He helped us to find a home inspection company, movers, etc. He was with us during all steps and his instructions were accurate and precise. The only issue was that the offer did not include a small repair that we wanted there, so if you need something to be repaired ask and check that it is in the offer, not left for post-offer negotiations.

I recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area. Without DASH realty and especially our realtor Shelbie Johnson I don’t know that I could have made it through the arduous process. DASH’s comprehensive, well packaged, and easily digestible information made understanding the market a breeze. Shelbie helped us navigate the market and showed us countless houses with professionalism and just as big of a smile on her face at the last showing as the first. We wouldn’t have wanted to go with anyone else!

Jacob, is the best. Military friendly, extremely professional, and went way out of his way to accommodate us, since we were not even in North Carolina through the entire process. He made sure we were totally informed and kept up to date every step of the way. Thanks to him, our Son was able to close on his first home right before his official work start date. Highly recommend for anyone moving into the area.
