I wanted to put new signage with my company logo on my building, but ran into a roadblock with the City of Raleigh and its signage ordinances. It turns out that a trademark would be needed before installing the new sign. I contacted David Hilton for help in obtaining that trademark. David responded quickly and clearly explained the differences between obtaining state and federal trademarks, guided me through the process, and put my mind at ease. He knows his stuff and I would recommend David highly to anyone needing counsel for his/her business.
